• When you sign up: your first name (or a nickname), your date and place of birth, your birth time if you give it, and the voice you choose.
• Your mobile number, to text you your horoscope, and your timezone, to send it at the right time.
• Your consent to receive texts and to the use of your birth details, with the date you gave it.
• For subscriptions: the customer and subscription IDs provided by Stripe, and your subscription status. You enter your card details on Stripe's page: we never see them.
• The horoscopes written for you (text and audio), and a record of what was sent and when.

• To write and send your horoscopes: that's the service you asked for, and you gave us your explicit consent for your birth details and for the texts.
• To run your subscription and billing: needed to provide the service, and required for our accounting.
• To keep the service working (deliveries that succeeded or failed, anonymous statistics): our legitimate interest in providing a reliable service.

Only the technical providers we rely on, each for its own task:

• Supabase: data storage (servers in the European Union (Ireland)).
• Vercel: website hosting.
• OpenAI: writing the horoscope text. It only receives your first name and writing prompts in plain English, never your date, time or place of birth.
• ElevenLabs: reading the text aloud. It only receives the text.
• Twilio: sending the text messages. It receives your mobile number and the message.
• Stripe: subscription payments.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Union, mainly in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses, or Data Privacy Framework certification).

We don't sell or share your personal information as defined by California law, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.

• Signups that never start a trial: deleted after 48 hours.
• Audio: deleted from our servers after 30 days (the listening links stop working then).
• Your account: deleted 12 months after your trial or subscription ends, or sooner if you ask.
• Billing records: kept by Stripe and by us for as long as the law requires (10 years for accounting records under French law).

Wherever you live, you can ask to see your information, correct it, delete it, get a copy of it, limit how it's used, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time.

To use any of these rights, email us at support@armonik.online. We'll reply within a month. To stop the texts right away, reply STOP to any of our messages. To erase your account and data, reply DELETE.

If you're in the European Union and think your rights aren't being respected, you can file a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).

Your information can only be accessed by our server, using a secret key. Personal links are signed and expire. All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).

The site uses no advertising cookies and no audience-tracking tools.

Armonik is for people 18 and older.
